Saint Columba's invites you to join us for the central act of worship of our Christian faith. We believe that it is important that we offer the best we can in praise and in beautiful liturgy in thanksgiving to God.

We are delighted that Sunday School, known here as 'Columba's Crew' has re-started.

Columba's Crew is the place to bring your baby, toddler or primary aged children.
We engage with the Bible through song and story, through craft and connecting together.

It's often hard for little ones to sit through a Sunday Mass,
so why not bring them along where they will learn the Christian faith and make new friends.

We look forward to welcoming you on the following Sundays.
The Mass begins at 10.30 am and the children will head to the hall as the Mass begins.

If you wish to arrange a Baptism or Wedding please visit our church after the Parish Mass on Sunday when arrangements can be discussed and arranged. Please note that Baptisms normally take place on the last Sunday of each month at 12 noon.

Reconciliation – Sacramental Confession

This is a sacrament that many people think is the sole preserve of the Roman Catholic Church but the reality is that it is part of the tradition of the Church of England which is particularly encouraged in the Book of Common Prayer.

The Pantry is a collaborative enterprise between Plus Dane Housing Association, St Andrew's Community Network and Liverpool Football Club all working together with us here at S.Columba’s in delivering this food provision. Doors open 9.15. Pantry purchases commence 9.30.

A Said Mass for Sunday morning.

A said mass to commemorate the use of the cross in the crucifixion of Christ.

A race night is taking place and it promises to be a great evening.
A bottle of wine admits two. 50p a race. Doors open at 7.30 pm for an 8.00 pm start. Bring your own drinks and snacks. Please do come and support us. Don’t worry if you’ve never been to one before - instructions will be given on what promises to be a fun evening!

A Sung Mass to celebrate the saints.

At this Solemn Requiem we will be praying for our family friends and former parishioners who have died. There is a list at the back of church to which names can be added for inclusion in our prayers.

This service is a time when we can remember those of our family and friends who have died. We will however remember in our prayers particularly those from our parish who have died in the last 24 months and those names which have been added to the prayer list at the back of church.

Our Parish Mass will include an Act of Remembrance including 2 minutes’ silence.
