From 1st December 2024 until 5th January 2025 (inclusive) we will be holding a single all age Holy Communion Service at 10.30am. Old Testament and Gospel readings will be used to open up the story of the Messiah foretold, the preparing of the way, the joy of His arrival and our wait for His return.
There will be a Café style Carol Service on 22nd December as part of this series of services.

God, Jesus, and the Journey of life in six sessions - Do you or someone you know have questions about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit? Are you new to church and/or faith and want to learn more? Are you wondering what it's all about?
If so, why not join us on the Start course. Start is a 6 week course beginning on Sunday, 1st December 2024 and will be held in church after the joint service held at 10.30am. Refreshments will be provided. Each session lasts for about an 1-1.5 hours and involves video clips, exercises, group discussion and time for reflection. It's free to attend.

A parent / toddler group for pre school infants
meets during term time
Come along for fellowship in a warm space with friends you have yet to meet. Hot drinks and biscuits in the Church foyer every Monday, 10.00 - 12.00. The first Monday of the month will include a sing song with Maggie and Mandy, enjoy , sing or just listen.
The Bereavement Journey is for anyone who has been bereaved at any time and in any way.
The loss of a loved one is a time of profound sadness and mixed emotions. Over 7 weeks, using films and discussion, the bereavement course gently guides you through the most common aspects of grief and bereavement, enabling you to process the implications for yourself and discern next steps.
Uniquely, the course offers a final session on faith questions in bereavement, provided from a Christian perspective. This follows the main sessions and is optional. The Bereavement course is suitable for people of any faith or none and is confidential.

Christmas Carols and refreshments to support Queenscourt and Woodlands Hospices. Come along and enjoy the company, sing Christmas Carols, be amazed by the Christmas Trees, take part in the mega raffle and enjoy the bacon butties, toasted teacakes and mincepies, whilst supporting these two local charities.
This is a very special Christmas Service involving the children, teenagers and adults of the church and the community.
Evergreens are gathered, and large (I mean huge!) fresh garlands are constructed by hand in the Parish Hall, by the adults.
On the day itself the younger children, dressed as Mary and Joseph, angels and shepherds etc, place the nativity figures in the crib and form a tableau. The older children/teenagers/young adults collect the garlands and encircle the church with them, before hoisting them up to the rafters. The Christmas tree lights are lit, traditional carols sung and the Christmas story told.
Little Tiddler Toddler Church is a special time of celebration and worship for the under fives. We begin at 10 a.m. with some songs and dancing. Then we have a story and a quiet time for our prayers. And finish with more singing. We have drinks and a biscuit and finish about 10.45 a.m.
