One day slow cooker course at St. Lawrence Church Hall. Slow cooking is a very economical way to cook healthy meals for you and your family. 9 am start then making six recipes between us by preparing the ingredients and filling each slow cooker which ill then be switched on and left until after the children are picked up from school at 3.15pm.
Everyone will get a taste of all the recipes.
