St. Nicholas Church is a lively, diverse and welcoming family.

We are a gathering of local folk from different walks of life but who have in common a desire to worship Jesus, grow in Him and make His love known in the world.

We are part of the Church of England and have a strong focus on Bible based teaching.

Disabled access to churchyard: Due to the historic nature of the church there are some access issues when entering certain sections of the churchyard from the church ground (stepped areas have handrails). It is possible to gain entrance to the newest section of the churchyard via the entrance on Mitre Close. Vehicluar access available weekends 10am - 4pm (The churchyard is always open to pedestrians)
