A Community Meeting about Developing St James Monday 25th November 6pm
Come Along!!
Amongst England’s major parish churches, St James’ is the only grade
one heritage building in Louth. It is ‘the town’s church’ in the care of a
committed worshipping Christian community.
St James’ benefits from the support of the Friends of St James’, along
with many others across Louth and beyond, for which we are grateful.
Over the centuries, St James’ has both required ongoing care but also
development, as the Church seeks to work with the town and the many
people who make use of it in a wide range of ways. Right now, we are
looking to a new phase of development in the life of St James’ and would
like to invite your involvement. If you are able, do come along to the
event in the notice below.
Why not also come along to the Christmas Tree Festival between the
6th and 10th of December or any of the Christmas services

St James, Louth

The parish of Louth is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Lincoln’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
