HOLY COMMUNION (EUCHARIST)
This is the only service happening in Woodhall Spa and Bain Valley Churches on the 30th August 2026. Revd Sall is preaching and presiding. The choir, under the musical direction of Alan Underwood will be leading us in our sung worship, and there will refreshments afterwards so do please come and be with us all. (Dogs very welcome if you are on holiday)
St Peter's is holding another concert, this time featuring the community choir, Countryside Chorus. They sing a range of music, including folk style, and will be performing the internationally performed, 'Drink Good Ale (A Stixwould Harvest Song)'.
It will be held in the church on Friday 4th of September at 7pm. It's a free event, with donations gratefully accepted for the upkeep of the church.
There'll be refreshments served too, and a raffle (any prizes would be gratefully accepted). All welcome!
There is a service of Choral Holy Communion on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sunday of the month with Revd Sall or invited priests in St Peter's Woodhall Spa. On the first Sunday of the month there is a service of Choral Morning Prayer with ALM Paul Brewster. The other 5 churches may have a Service of Holy Communion once a month, and either Morning Praise with the church wardens or Morning Prayer with our Reader Maggie Townend, or ALM Paul Brewster. These services begin at 9.30am (9.15 for Langton). Please see the Service information in the relevent page.
