Why not come and enjoy an evening at Bucknall Village Hall's popular cash bingo. With amazing cash prizes, this not-for-profit bingo is a great social event, plus there's a raffle which raises money for our church and Men's Shed too.
The prize value vary depending on the attendance, but has been known to be as much as £250 for the final 'big' game of the evening!

Entrance is 50p, and it's £10 for a full book, of £5 for half. Refreshments are served - you're welcome to make a donation which will go to our great causes.

The annual Parish meeting is to elect the church warden for Horsington - it is open to everyone who is on the Horsington Village electoral roll. The churchwarden is the link between the people of the parish and the church.
The annual church meeting is to elect the representatives for the church on the Joint Church Council for the Woodhall Spa group. People who are on the Church Electoral Roll attend this meeting and receive the accounts and reports on church business for the year 2025. The meeting will be chaired by the Parish Priest Revd Sally Clifton.

This is your village church, it is there for you for all the important milestones in family life - for family weddings, for baptisms (all ages!) and at the end, the funerals of your loved ones. Sadly this church is closed most of the time for security, but the graveyard is a special place of peace on the edge of farmland, which is always open for you to take time out from your busy lives and just spend a few minutes enjoying God's creation.

The quiz generally consists of 6 rounds. There's a 'Beat the Quizmaster' game too (£1 extra per person) - get one difficult question correct and you could win the prize fund, or a share of it if more than one person gets the question right.

Our very popular annual Spring sale features a huge selection of plants of all varieties including perennials, annuals, vegetables, shrubs and houseplants. Inside the church we have an equally fabulous selection of items for sale in the thrift shop, things that you knew and loved and forgotten how useful they were! Plus jigsaws books, tombolas, lucky dips, and amazing home made cakes. Refreshments are served all morning. No matter whether it is sunny or raining this is one Saturday morning you don't want to miss. This event supports St Mary's Kirkby on Bain and St Margaret's in Roughton.

Everyone who is on the electoral roll of their village churches is welcome to attend.

Church wardens and JCC representatives will have already been voted in at the Annual Meeting for your church. This is a meeting to discuss moving forward as a group, what our churches have planned and how we can work together.
