Bucknall Village Hall has two coffee mornings each week - Monday and Wednesday, 9.30 to 11am. Anyone is welcome, from the village or further afield! It's just £1, which gets you a couple of drinks and the cake or biscuit of the week!

Monday's Community Hub raises funds for St. Margaret's Church (Wednesday's raises funds for Bucknall Village Hall).

The Hubs are a great way to meet people, have a chat, or use our book exchange. You can come as often as you like, and they are drop-in mornings, so come whenever!

Come and show off your skills at our monthly fundraising quiz night. With prizes to be won, plus a raffle, there will be prizes for the winning team, and you'll be raising funds for St. Margaret's Church too.
The quiz generally consists of 6 rounds. There's a 'Beat the Quizmaster' game too (£1 extra per person) - get one difficult question correct and you could win the prize fund, or a share of it if more than one person gets the question right.

Whether you're from Bucknall, or further afield, why not come along and see how brainy you are?!

Teams of up to 6 people, and just £2 per person. The doors open at 6.30pm with the quiz starting at 7pm. Bring your own drinks if you'd like. Refreshments are also served during a half-way break!

Everyone will be welcome at this service of Holy Communion, led by the Rev. Sally Clifton, whether you are from the village or further afield.
Free refreshments will follow the service. If you'd like to be mentioned in the prayers, or a loved one, please contact David via [email protected]

Revd Sall will be preaching and presiding at a service of Holy Communion (Eucharist) at St Margaret's in Bucknall. Please do come and join us as we worship God in this peaceful and sacred place. There will be refreshments after the service. Blessing Revd Sall

On Sunday 1st November Revd Sall will be preaching and presiding at a Eucharist to celebrate the great church festival of ALL SAINTS'.

The service is a Patronal Service for ALL SAINTS HORSINGTON, and is a group service for Woodhall Spa and Bain Valley Churches. David has promised a posh cake for refreshments after the service.

There will not be a service in any other church in the two groups on Sunday morning. Blessings Revd Sall.

There are two All Soul's Services this year, both on the afternoon of Sunday 1st November. This service is quiet and gentle and gives you time to remember your loved ones in a sacred space.

One will take place in St Peter's Woodhall Spa and the other will happen in Holy Trinity Church Tattershall. Both services will be led by a priest and will start at 3pm.

If you have lost a loved one in 2025 or 2026 and the service was led by a priest or Reader in a church or crematorium, or by the graveside, you will receive a letter from Debbie inviting you to the service closest to you.

If you wish to come to a service to remember a loved one, who died previous to 2025, to hear their name spoken, and light a candle in their memory, please email Revd Sally or leave her a message with the name of your loved one, and at which of the two services you would like them to be remembered in. You do not have to attend, we will speak their name in the service and light a candle on your behalf.

Contact Revd Sall on [email protected] or leave a message on 07949 556494

Everyone is warmly welcome at our Remembrance service as we pay our respects to those from our community who served and lost their lives in war and conflict. It is also an opportunity to remember family members, friends and loved ones, wherever they came from.
Please join us as we remember, give thanks and pray for peace.

Why not come and enjoy an evening at Bucknall Village Hall's popular cash bingo. With amazing cash prizes, this not-for-profit bingo is a great social event, plus there's a raffle which raises money for our church and Men's Shed too.
The prize value vary depending on the attendance, but has been known to be as much as £250 for the final 'big' game of the evening!

Entrance is 50p, and it's £10 for a full book, of £5 for half. Refreshments are served - you're welcome to make a donation which will go to our great causes.

New for this year, everyone is warmly invited to a special Christmas Carol Service celebrating those who serve, protect and care for people across our communities.

We particularly welcome members of the emergency services, NHS staff, carers and support workers, together with their families and friends, but the service is open to all.

Join us for familiar carols and readings as we celebrate Christmas, reflect upon the dedication of those who put others first, and give thanks for all that they do. Whether you have a connection with these services or simply wish to show your support, you will be very welcome.

The service will be followed by free refreshments. There'll be a collection during the service which will be shared between the emergency services charities.

Join us for this year's Carol Service at St. Margaret's. Packed full of your favourite carols to get you into the festive spirit! This year's service will be led by our Churchwardens.
Free festive refreshments will follow the service.

Join us for our festive service where the crib is prepared. This family-friendly service will be full of your favourite carols. As always, we'll serve refreshments after the service.

Our churchwarden team will be leading us in a Christmas Day Morning Prayer Service. This slightly shorter service will allow us to celebrate the birth of Jesus. With some festive carols to get this special day off to a great start.
