Starting in late 2023, Bucknall Men's Shed was started to bring men together (currently aged 16 and above) for some social interaction, aimed at combating mental health issues that can commonly be heightened in rural communities. 

The Men's Shed normally meets in Bucknall Village Hall (LN10 5DT) - any changes will be advertised. We are still growing and slowly developing, looking to provide a range of activities but, more importantly, opportunities for some relaxed sessions for a chat over a coffee. 

The Men's Shed is free and open to men from anywhere - it isn't restrictive to Bucknall residents at all. Refreshments are provided - free of charge but donations will always be gratefully received.

For the dates of our next Men's Shed, visit the Services and Events page. They run from 6.30pm to 9pm (ish) and are drop-ins so come when you would like, you don't have to be there for 6.30pm.

New for Autumn 2024 - we now have a pool table!
