Our Building
A wonderful cruciform church rebuilt in 1863 awaits you in the small village of Riby on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Music and Worship
We welcome bell ringers who would like to ring our three bells. Please contact Peter Vergette.
Below is a little of the history written on the three bells.
1. The Tenor 39 1/2”dates from 1607 possibly founded by William Oldfield.
2. This 32 1/2 “was repaired in 1811 by James Harrison II and Bishop Tomline gave 50 pounds.
3. The Treble is dated approx. 1550.
The organ is a two manual and pedal instrument made in 1905 by Alfred Kirkland. Fully restored in 2018 except for the Oboe by David Jones, Lincoln.
