Keelby village has had a long relationship with a church in Vyshgorod, Ukraine. Some years ago the village hosted a number of children, the Pastor and supporting adults with many families offering accommodation. We felt it right to support them.

St. Bartholomew's Church held a coffee morning on Saturday 26th March with a raffle, table top sales and other fund raising ideas. To date £ 1260 pounds have been collected but the piggy bank is still open! With the help of the Methodist Chapel we will be sending money directly to Pastor Sasha who is in Ukraine doing everything he can to help those around him.

He has been using his own money to help people move to safety and also buying fuel for trucks delivering aid.
