Revealing, Sharing and Caring for our Heritage

<strong>Project update - Dec 2017</strong>

We are delighted to tell you that we have confirmation of a Heritage Lottery Fund award of £205,700 for Phase 1 of our project 'Revealing, Sharing and Caring for our Heritage'.

We are also extremely grateful to the Lincolnshire Churches Trust and Allchurches Trust for awarding us grants of £5,000 and £3,000 respectively to carry out additional work on the tower roof which has been identified during recent technical investigations.

Work will commence on the main roof, rainwater goods and drainage in April 2018 and is expected to take approx.14 weeks.

The project will also involve work to reveal more about and share the heritage and story of Holy Trinity through production of a website and visitor information leaflets. Heritage skills awareness and training opportunities will be provided for sector workers and trainees, the general public, school teachers and their pupils through partnerships with heritage skills professionals and volunteers.
