There are a number of services and events across Team Parish of Gainsborough and Morton this Christmas. There are Christmas Fayres, a Carol Service for All, Crib Services, Family Celebrations and Holy Communion Services - something for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you.

Mini Messy Church meets at St. George's from 10.00 am to 11.30 am so why not bring your youngsters along, get creative and enjoy good company.

Donation - £1.00 per family which includes food and crafts.

Join us at St Paul's Church, Morton on Thursday 11 December at 6:30pm for Carols by Candlelight. A service of celebration for Christmas of seven lessons and carols. Everyone is welcome to attend and seasonal refreshments will be available.

Holy Communion service held on 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month and also on 1st Sunday in some months.

All are welcome to attend and coffee will be served after the service.

Join us at Gainsborough Methodist Church on 14th December at 4pm as Team Parish of Gainsborough and Morton join with the United Reform Church and Gainsborough Methodist Church for a joint traditional carol service. Representatives from all three churches will be involved in the service which will follow the traditional pattern of readings and carols. Seasonal refreshments will follow.

All Saints' Church will be holding a Quiet Christmas Service on 18th December at 3pm. Everyone is welcome to join us for a service of carols, readings and prayers and lighting of candles of remembrance and hope. Seasonal refreshments will follow.

Join us at St George's Church on 22nd December at 4pm for an opportunity to hear the Christmas story, sing carols, craft and enjoy seasonal refreshments as Church@4 Celebrate Christmas. Everyone is welcome and we look forward to seeing you.

Join us at St George's Church, Gainsborough at 10:30am on 24th December as Mary, Joseph and the 'wee donkey' arrive after their travels throughout December for a short interactive service where children will help build the crib with the Nativity characters as we hear the Christmas story unfold with modern readings and Christmas music. Refreshments will be available and everyone is welcome.

St Paul's Church, Morton will be holding a Christingle Service on Wednesday 24th December at 5pm in aid of the Children's Society. Everyone is welcome to join us.

Come and join us, bring your knitting , crocheting or just come and share a cuppa . Normally the last Wednesday of the month in All Saints Café. Crafting optional , but chatting a good idea !

A friendship group for people who have lost someone and need something to fill the gap in their daily life. Tea, cake and chat are on offer

The group normally meet at 2pm on the first Monday of each month at All Saints unless advised otherwise.

All Saints' Church will be holding a Burns Night Supper on 24 January 2026 at 7pm. Haggis, neeps and tatties will be on the menu as we celebrate the birth of Scotland's greatest poet - kilts are optional! Tickets cost £7.00 and include a two course meal. They are available from the Parish Office during office hours (Monday to Friday 9:30am to 1:30pm)
