You are invited to explore 88 of West Lindsey's best treasures in the 2025 Open Churches Festival.

The Festival is split over two weekends, the first weekend - Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th of May features the Western group of 41 fabulous Churches.

 Whilst Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th of May showcases a further 47 superb Churches in the Eastern part of West Lindsey.

St Mary's Church - Knaith is taking part in the Festival on the FIRST weekend and is open from 10.00am to 4pm on both days. You are assured of a warm and friendly welcome to our unique Church in its stunning setting by the side of the mighty River Trent.  Refreshments and lots of cake will be available, along with a free guided tour and an amazing history, including tales of intrigue and fortunes, calamity and tragedy.  We are a dog friendly church, dogs on leads are welcome.
