In October Messy Church gathered to explore Prayer. Why we do it, how we do it. There were lots to talk about and do. We made a prayer walk out of Lego and as we journeyed along with our Lego avatars we would pray at the places where we felt blocked. The prayers were for all kinds of things, for people, peace, Jesus (always a good one!). If you are visiting All Saints, the prayer walk is there for you to try it out. It was delightful to welcome so many new families and enjoy each other’s company and we look forward to next month and exploring the meaning of Remembrance. It will be at Chestnut Street CofE Primary School at Ruskington from 3pm, on the 2nd November 2024. please come and join this growing community.

St Mary's, Evedon

Welcome to St Mary's.  It is really good to welcome you to our A Church Near You website. We hope your visit will be a positive one.

We are glad that you have chosen to look at what is happening in our church and finding out about its history. If you have time please let us know what you think of the site. We hope too that you will want to visit the church and perhaps attend one of our services.

The parish of Evedon: St Mary is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Lincoln’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

With every blessing. Reverend Al.
