Safeguarding
Fortunately, the occasions when children or adults are at risk of harm or abuse are not very common. This is of no comfort if you have a problem.
We do take concerns of this sort very seriously. We will follow up any complaint or concern without fear or favour of the person doing something bad. We might be a useful go-between to allow con tact with the police if there is only suspicion or worry.
However, if you or someone you know is at serious risk of harm, do not hesitate. Ring 101 to speak to the police and/or the Children’s Welfare Officer.
