St Martin's Church, Barholm-with-Stowe

Dear Friends,

Thank you for taking an interest in the Church of St Martin of Tours, Barholm-with-Stowe.

Our next service in St Martin's will be when Fr Aran leads us in our service of Evening Prayer (BCP) at 6pm on Sunday August 3rd, 2025, when we join together listening to scripture, which is the heart of Evening Prayer and singing four well known and traditional hymns. You will be warmly welcomed at the door by Tricia or Colin and given a simple Order of Service booklet and Hymn Book to follow.

We will follow Seasonal Scripture Readings from regular members of the congregation, this month it's Barry & Jane Hodgson, two churchwardens from the church of St Lawrence of Rome at Tallington who often join our regular congregation taking the lessons and Tricia leading the responsorial psalm.

Please remember, ANYONE is very welcome to read in church and if any help/guidance is needed please speak with me or Fr Aran directly.

We will join in the singing of four well known, traditional hymns accompanied at the Organ by Julia.

With love, and hope to see you soon,

Carole x
