for 1 hour
Join us in the Cathedral for the Cathedral Eucharist, Eighth Sunday after Trinity on Sunday 30 July, at 9.45am.
ORDINARY TIME
In the church year there are two periods known as Ordinary Time. The second period is that between the day after Pentecost until the day before Advent Sunday. The liturgical colour is green signifying life and growth in God. This provides an opportunity to reflect upon the Christian life of faith in the every-day – living out the life and love of Christ wherever we find ourselves.
MUSICIANS
The organ is played by Katherine Dienes-Williams, Organist and Master of the Choristers; the cantor is Roshan Patel.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Your support makes a real difference to the ministry and mission of Guildford Cathedral. Thanks to your gifts of time and money we’re proud to open our doors for free, 365 days a year, meeting the needs of both pilgrim and visitor. If you would like to support our work, if you are a member of one of our congregations and have not already done so, please consider joining our Planned Giving Scheme via the Parish Giving Scheme (PGS) and set up a regular donation by direct debit. This is very easy to do over the phone (03330 021 271), using our unique identifier, 170617001. Or via this link https://www.guildford-cathedral.org/support/congregational-giving .
