For this year’s Ride + Stride or Drive, we suggest a modest route starting at Twyning Green and aiming for Lunch at the Defford Arms. Gemma will take lunch orders at the start and phone the pub. After lunch there is a shorter route returning for tea at Ron and Vera’s home. The attachment gives a schedule of Churches to be visited with approximate times of departure. The lanes are narrow so it may be preferable on the day for cars to lead and riders to follow for overtaking is tricky. All riders are required to wear high-vis. Richard has some spares and will bring them on the day. He is liaising with the Glos Historic Churches Trust to get info, provide donation forms; he will also collect donations and send them on.
