Since the flower festival, peace has returned to the interior of our church and services have continued in their usual pattern. However, outside things have been happening! On Easter Day the children went out to scatter grass seed where the building work on the toilet had left a bare patch of earth by the South Door. Much of that seed has sprouted and a patch of fresh green grass has emerged, a sign of new life and a reminder of parables in the bible. "Unless a seed falls into the earth and dies it remains just a single seed, but if it dies it bears much fruit.” (John 12:24) "Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up, grew and produced a crop."(Mark 4:8)
