A traditional spoken Service
Common Worship Holy Communion. Junior Church for school age children takes place during this service. Children leave during the first hymn for their own bible story and related activities and rejoin their parents/carers for a blessing at the communion rail towards the end of the service.
Holy Communion, usually Order 1
Children are always welcome in our church. Our regular monthly service specifically for all generations is the Open Door Service held at Blockley Church on the first Sunday of the Month at 9:30am. It starts with bacon sandwiches, coffee and juice, followed by bible stories, singing, prayer and laughter.
Informal family and child friendly Worship
A service of Holy Communion is held every day during Holy Week from Monday until Maundy Thursday with the final service on Maundy Thursday commemorating Jesus's last supper. All these services take place in Blockley church at 6pm.
