About Us

Cheltenham Minster with St Matthew is a church community at the heart of Cheltenham. Together we worship and explore what it means to follow Jesus Christ and share his hope. We are a church family of all ages, backgrounds and situations in life, and so. whoever you are, we welcome you and would like to think you can find a home amongst us.  We have two church buildings within close proximity where we offer 3 different styles of service in which to pursue, within the Anglican church, our commitment to the Bible as God's word and a desire to share this with others.

The Minster is the town's most historic church and the 11am service is a traditional one, accompanied by the organ. Holy Communion is usually celebrated on 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. Tea and coffee are served in St Matthew's after the service.
