St Barnabas

Welcome to St Barnabas in the small village of Box, part of the parish of Minchinhampton. We hold regular services on Sundays and on other major occasions. All are welcome, whether residents of Box or not. Usually the service is Holy Communion (which emphasises that we are together), also known as Eucharist (which means giving thanks) or Mass (which suggests our going out into the world around us).

If you would like to speak with us, we would be pleased to hear from you:

Safeguarding

Our parish of Minchinhampton with Box is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Gloucester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact our PSO, John Cleever 01453 882407 [email protected] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (link below). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
