There are several Prayer and Worship apps available from the Church of England, which you can use on weekdays or other occasions when you are unable to get to church.

A FREE app called Time to Pray gives daytime and night prayers for each day, plus the relevant bible readings.

The Daily Prayer app gives the full services of Morning and Evening Prayer, in both traditional and contemporary language. The on-line version is FREE. (This gives the text we use for our Thursday morning Zoom service of Morning Prayer)
