On Sunday 17th September we will hold a Battle of Britain Service to mark the 83rd anniversary of the victory by Royal Air Force pilots and aircrew during the Battle of Britain in 1940. The service starts at 11am with the RAFA Standard and several ATC banners paraded in, and will include communion. Those attending should be seated by 10.50am. There will be an envelope collection for the RAFA wings appeal.
The RAFA Gloucester Branch will provide a buffet lunch afterwards in the Church Hall. All are welcome, both congregation and other members of the parish who are interested.
(This service will replace the usual 10am Holy Communion.)
