Christingles are made using oranges, red ribbon, sweets and dried fruits and a candle.

Each element of a Christingle has a special meaning and helps to tell the Christian story:

The orange represents the world
The red ribbon symbolises the love and blood of Christ
The sweets and dried fruit represent all of God’s creations
The lit candle represents Jesus’s light in the world, bringing hope to people living in darkness.

One of our regular monthly Messy Church Saturdays at 4pm but with a wonderful Christmas flavour and special activities including decorating our large Christmas tree!

Join us to sing Christmas Carols and to hear the Christmas Readings, followed by festive refreshments.
