About Us

We want to see God's Kingdom grow in this part of Tuffley; God's kingdom of love and justice which brings true peace.

To this end, we are here to worship God, to care for people, and to pioneer in mission - bringing the good news of Jesus across this wonderful community.

Worshipping: We meet on Sunday mornings at 10.30 to share a Holy Communion service with hymns, prayers, Bible readings and a sermon. Though nearly all of us are well past the age of 18, we welcome children and young people and Helen our new Pioneer is usually available to lead a special time with our younger people. And there's 'Messy Church' once a month on a Saturday at 10.00 where we all get creative together with crafts, building, games and puzzles, enjoying a chat with tea and toast, discovering together more of the story of Jesus and how He ca transform our lives today.

Caring: We look out for people in particular need or who are lonely, and try to visit whenever we can.

Pioneering: We work hard to develop links with schools and groups across the community.

And we work very closely with Grange Baptist Church and English Martyrs Catholic Church; together we call ourselves the Church in Tuffley.

 We love to take christenings and weddings, and we are very privileged to be involved with families when there's a funeral.
