Children and Youth
Children and young people are very welcome in our churches and we want them to be happy and comfortable. Crying babies are as welcome as smiling babies, and children don't need to worry that they will have to sit still and listen - let them be free to explore the building and meet everyone during the service.
The church is for everyone and we want everyone to feel at home. If there are any particular needs that you would like help with, please do speak to one of us and we will do our very best to accommodate them.
Baptisms: To make arrangements for a child or adult to be baptised please contact the Revd David Gardiner.
Pebbles: This is a popular group for mums, dads and carers with under school-age children. They meet at Holy Trinity Church Centre Room every Thursday morning (term time) from 9.30 am till 11.30 am for a time of play, music and singing, stories and other activities. We also enjoy a mid-morning snack time together.
Messy Church: We meet each half term for Messy Church, either at St Mary's or Holy Trinity Church. It's open to all for crafts, singing, stories and a meal. The majority of children who attend are under 11, but any age are welcome.
