Each parish in the Benefice takes a turn at running a Lent Lunch, in support of charity. We supply a very tasty choice of soups with fresh bread and cheese and tea or coffee. We charge £5, although many choose to take the opportunity to donate to the chosen charity. This year we are supporting The Stroke Association, in memory of our colleague, Philip Woodman.

St Peter, St Paul and St Mary

We welcome everyone to visit our ancient church, with its separate tower. We hold regular services, to which all are welcome and there are usually refreshments afterwards, where we enjoy chatting to each other.

We would like to open the church daily but there are days when we're not able to organise this. If you are thinking of visiting and would like to see inside, please check that it will be open by phoning 07970014859 or 01452 760556.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Westbury-on-Severn: St Peter, St Paul and St Mary is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Gloucester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Mrs Frances Down (01452 760270, [email protected]) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Office (01452 835516, [email protected]). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
