HURRAY....work has started, at last the restoration of our 13th century tower has begun. Many thanks go to all who have contributed in any way, financially, providing duvets for cover to keep frost out from the lime mortar, helping with all the fund raising and for all who remember 'Wall walkers' in their prayers.
After a considerable time of exploration, question and answer sessions and consultations, Leadon Vale are beginning to look forward. The Interim Minister Rev Canon Dr Tudor Griffiths has now left and we are grateful to him for having led the benefice into this time of change and adjustment.Services are now held every week in Redmarley at 11am, unless it is a Benefice service, please see the church notice board or the web site for details. The type of service depends on who is available to lead them and some may be lay led.The Benefice Profile is complete and the post of ‘Priest in charge’ is currently in review. We look forward to appointing soon.
