Saint Laurence is the old Parish Church of Stroud and stands in the centre of the town. It aims to be a welcoming building and we try and ensure that it is open as much as possible as a place of rest and quiet at the heart of our community for local residents and visitors alike.
Our worship is rooted in the liturgy of the Church of England and centered around the Eucharist - the gift of Jesus to his people at the Last Supper. All are welcome to share in our worship whatever their ago or background. We wish to be an inclusive congregation with a place for all who wish to explore the Chrsitian way of life.
