St Mark's Church in Friday Bridge is opening its doors every day from 10am to 12noon from Monday 12th September until Saturday 17th September (inclusive) to offer everyone an opportunity to come in, take some quiet time, reflect, pray and possibly sign the book of condolence at the back of church.  The State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II takes place on Monday 19th September and so our harvest service planned for 18th September has been cancelled.  Instead we will be holding a special commemoration service to which everyone is invited.  For those who cannot attend the service in London in person, or who would like something more personal, then please do come along.  There will be refreshments and a chance for fellowship after the service.  The service will begin at 10.30am.
