All Souls Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving

A Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving for the lives of family members and friends who have died will be held on Sunday 29th October at 3.00pm in St James’, Hockwold. This service will offer an opportunity to spend quiet time in prayer, reflection and remembrance, and to be supported by our parish and benefice communities.

All who have died during the past 2 years or so, from our Benefice parishes, will be remembered by name during this Service along with names of any family members or friends you would wish to have mentioned (please let Chris Parker know names, her contact details are below).

This Service will be suitable for all age groups. In addition to some familiar music and readings there will be an Act of Remembrance during which you will be invited to light candles in memory of departed family members and friends.
