Our safeguarding commitment
The parish of St. Neots with Eynesbury is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Ely’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
The Parochial Church Council has adopted the nationally recommended Safeguarding Policy. Please click here to read the policy.
We take safeguarding seriously. If you have a safeguarding concern please contact our safeguarding officer,
Ann Barnsley by email: [email protected] or telephone: 01480 370312 (this is the Parish Office number while a dedicated number is being established).
or the safeguarding team at Ely diocese on 01353 652731.
