Welcome to St Mary's Buckden.
This week, 19th to 25th August, at St Marys Buckden the church is open to visitors every day, so do come and take a look around. Thank to everyone who came to our Summer Season of events across the Benefice over the past few weeks. It has been a lovely, joyful time.
Services in St Mary’s this week are as follows:-
Monday to Thursday. Morning Prayer at 9am and Evening Prayer at 5pm
Tuesday 20th August at *6.30pm* Julian Meeting (1/2 hour silent prayer)
Wednesday 10am BCP Holy Communion.
Sunday 25th August 11am Holy Communion. There is also a service of Holy Communion 9.30am at our sister church All Saints in Offord Cluny.

Monday 7.30pm Bell-ringing practice
Tuesday 20th August 7.30pm concert Josh Manz at All Saints Church. Tickets available.
Wednesday 11am Coffee and chat
Thursday 7pm Getting Active, meet outside the Lion Hotel to walk for 1 hour.
Friday 7pm Angel Voices rehearse
Saturday 10am to noon Bacon Butties in Offord Village Hall.

About us.
We are a friendly village church with an active congregation. We run a variety of services and events throughout the year. Something for everyone, we hope. The church is open every day and visitors are always welcome. Our main Holy Communion services are on Sunday at 11am and Wednesday at 10.00am. Sunday Club for the youngsters runs during the 11am Sunday service twice a month. Morning and Evening Prayers are said at 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday.
All are welcome to join us for coffee at 11am every Wednesday, Morning Coffee and Cakes every first Saturday, and on the afternoon of the second Wednesday each month we host a Community Cafe.
Our group activities include Junior Church and youth@thetowers for the children/youth; Men's Breakfast; Angel Voices for the singers; bell-ringers; Getting Active for those who like to walk, Cleaning Crew. Our Living Stones Room is available to hire for small groups events.
