Services in St Mary’s this week are as follows:-
Morning Prayer at 9am & Evening Prayer at 5pm Monday to Thursday
Tuesday 17th December 7.30pm Buckden Village Carol Service in St Mary’s followed by mulled wine, hot chocolate & mince pies at Buckden Towers
Wednesday 10am Holy Communion (BCP)
Sunday 22nd December 11am Holy Communion & 4pm 4th@4 informal art-based service. Our sister church, All Saints Offord Cluny, has a Holy Communion Service, at 9.30am.
Other events this week - everyone is welcome
Wednesday 11am Coffee and chat after Holy Communion & 11.20am Advent study session in church based on Women of the Nativity.
Friday 7pm Angel Voices rehearse.
Please note that there is no bell-ringing practice this week.
Our knit-tivity sets have started their advent/ Christmas journeys. There are still a few slots available if you would like to host them for a few days, just message us.
Christmas Eve at St Mary’s :
2.30pm Crib Service (we’ll be outside to wrap up warmly)
5pm Blue Christmas, a quieter service
11.30pm Midnight Mass

About us.
We are a friendly village church with an active congregation. We run a variety of services and events throughout the year. Something for everyone, we hope. The church is open every day and visitors are always welcome. Our main Holy Communion services are on Sunday at 11am and Wednesday at 10.00am. Sunday Club for the youngsters runs during the 11am Sunday service twice a month. Morning and Evening Prayers are said at 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday.
All are welcome to join us for coffee at 11am every Wednesday, Morning Coffee and Cakes every first Saturday, and on the afternoon of the second Wednesday each month we host a Community Cafe.
Our group activities include Junior Church and youth@thetowers for the children/youth; Angel Voices for the singers; bell-ringers; Getting Active for those who like to walk, Cleaning Crew. Our Living Stones Room is available to hire for small groups events.
