On Saturday 10th June 2023 from between 10am and 12pm there will be people around to explain how we are managing our grassland and indeed what is in it.  There will also  a focus on some different people buried there linking them to where they probably lived in the village  There are displays and leaflets available and simple spotting sheets for younger people and even older ones if you don't know much about wild plants. There will be light refreshments available as well.  We can confirm last years sitings of Swifts that have moved home from the North side of the church roof to the South side.  But like everyone there has been some odd things happening to some of the trees after last years record temperatures and then the frost around Christmas.
