It was a busy weekend as we welcomed eager purchasers to the Saturday morning sale which raised a pleasing sum towards repair costs for the Octagon. On Sunday, we helped our Ukranian friends mark the sad, first anniversary of the conflict with Russia. Prayers were said in church and a candle lit. Our friends presented small, traditional dolls to members of the congretation and traditional food from Ukraine too.
