Teversham Feast

Occuring
for 4 hours
Venue
Teversham Village Green
Address
Teversham Village Green

The Teversham Feast springs back into life (after a gap of over 20 years!) Come along and enjoy music from the Blue Skies Big Band (playing at 2pm and 3.15pm) and Teversham School choir, a pea/green themed fancy dress competition, stalls and competitions, raffle and races, teas and cakes. (We're also looking for a few volunteers to look after stalls, marshal cars, etc. - see Nick or Sharon). If wet the performances will move into the church and the stalls into the social club - so we'll be there rain or shine!

All Saints, Teversham

All Saints is a lovely church at the end of the village nearest the airport.  It supports its own popular and highly regarded Church of England School and has a beautiful (and open) churchyard.  The church community is small but friendly; we have services on three Sundays in the month.  On other Sundays we join with our friends at either Fen Ditton or Horningsea for a 'Three Parishes' service.  Our Rector, Canon Nick Moir, looks after all three parishes and lives on the new Marleigh estate.

Safeguarding

Our parish of All Saints Teversham is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Ely’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (use the button below for contact info). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
