We shall be marking Good Friday in all three parishes in turn, hour by hour: The First Hour (from noon) at Horningsea, The Second Hour (from 1pm) in Teversham, and finally in Fen Ditton for The Third Hour from 2pm.

St Mary the Virgin, Fen Ditton

St Mary's Church stands close to the River Cam and is a much loved landmark for rowers, dogwalkers and others seeking refuge from the busy city.  Our parish includes the ancient village but also a good part of the urban development (built in old Ditton's fields) and all of the newest local development, Marleigh.  We have an active church community with services at 10.30am each Sunday, except the last Sunday of the month when we join with our sister churches in Teversham or Horningsea.  There are regular midweek study evenings and a coffee morning on alternate Wednesdays.
