St Paul's Church and Community Centre

We are a welcoming and informal community church where everyone is invited to come and share with us in the love of God. We have a weekly programme of activities from lunch clubs, to singing clubs, Foodbank distribution, toddler group and prayer meetings. Whether you are looking to join a worshipping community or would just like to make some friends you are welcome to cross our threshold.

We are members of Inclusive Church and our Vicar is happy to talk to any same-sex couple about use of the newly authorised prayers of love and faith to celebrate same-sex relationships.

We are a Silver Eco Award winner and an active eco church. We have a group working towards our Gold Award.

We are part of the Church of England and we are a parish church. We work in partnership with our local church school, St Paul's.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Cambridge: St Paul is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Ely’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO - https://www.elydiocese.org/safeguarding.php

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO at [email protected] or ring the Parish Office (01223 576899) and ask for the Safeguarding Officer. The Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor line can be contacted on 01353 652747. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
