In our Church Parish there are four Churches.
Revd. Catherine Walton is the Priest in Charge of St Aiden's Church in Herrington, All Saints' Church in Penshaw, St Barnabas' Church in Burnmoor and St Oswald's Church in Shiney Row.

On a 5th Sunday of the month, we take turns to have a Sunday Service at one of our four Churches.
It is a chance for us all to get together and celebrate our Christian faith.
The joint services always starts at 10am.

St Barnabas' Church, Burnmoor

Welcome to St Barnabas' Church. 

Our Eucharist service starts at 11am, followed by refreshments in the St Barnabas' Community Centre. 

We are moving back into the Church building for all of our services. We still have heating problems in the Church, so dress warmly. 

Every 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sunday is in St Barnabas' Church. 5th and joint Sunday services are held at 10am, in one of the four Churches in our Parish on a rotation.
