An inter-generational drop-in session. FREE OF CHARGE.
An informal place where you can meet with others. Come alone or with friends. There are children's toys and activities and games, craft activities, a table quiz and bingo for the adults...or you can just sit and chat if that's more your thing.
Lunch is served at 12noon (ish) and we ask for a donation towards costs if you are able.

St John the Baptist

Welcome to St John's Church, Durham Road, where we hold our weekly service every Tuesday at 10am. This is a service of either morning prayer or holy communion. We are regularly joined by children from St John's School.

Stay afterwards for coffee and a chat and extend your morning by joining our social club Chat, Chew and Choose, which offers lunch in a friendly atmosphere.

You are welcome here for God welcomes all of us: whoever we are, wherever we’re from, whatever we’ve done.
