Some of our regulars will remember this service from 2023, for others it will be new. We mark the end of Good Friday in a way that can only be described as "Jesus' Funeral". No other words can describe it. With the emptiness of Holy Saturday before us, this is the ideal way to end the week as we face the void, while looking forward to Easter Sunday to come.

St Cuthbert's Billingham

St Cuthbert's is the 'mother church' of Billingham - a church has stood on the site since Saxon times, and over the centuries the facilities have grown and changed to meet the faith and community needs of successive generations. As the ancient village grew into the modern town of Billingham, new churches were created and the parish gradually divided. Today, the parishes have reunited, and the church works together across the town once more, and St Cuthbert's reminds us where we came from.
