A Traditional Eucharist service takes place Sunday mornings alternating between St. John the Baptist in St. John's Chapel and St. Thomas Heatherycleugh in Cowshill. (St. John's Chapel on the first and third Sundays of each month and at Cowshill on the second and fourth Sundays). The services start at 10:00 am and are followed by coffee and fellowship in their respective halls.

All Saints is one of 5 churches in the Benefice of Upper Weardale. The church is designated a festival church and currently has special services or events six time a year but no regular Sunday services, which include:
