St. Michael’s Church, Heighington has secured the services of the amazing and super talented Opera Nova. Ladies – dig out your favourite cocktail outfit or evening ensemble and dress to impress. Gents – how about giving the dinner jacket an outing. Or not!! Dress up or dress down. The choice is yours.
Opera Nova will appear for one night only on Saturday 12th November 7.30pm under the artistic direction of Penny Randall-Davies and musical direction of Alison Gill.
Opera Nova’s exciting new semi-staged production for 2023 is named ‘Love and Loss’ and features themed extracts from 6 Verdi operas. Tickets are £15 including a glass of wine at the break so secure your tickets early to avoid disappointment. The lovely historic church of St Michaels is open every day from 9 am to dusk for visitors and prayer. There are information books near the door telling you about some of the history of the Church and highlighting some of the many interesting features and artifacts.
