This is fully funded by Co Durham Foundation Grant funding and it will be free to join!

We are looking for adults to join our fun and friendly choir. Why not join our energised weekly classes, singing uplifting and popular songs.
There’s no experience needed, no auditions and no sheet music; absolutely anyone can do it! Even if you think you think you can't sing you are still welcome! We'll laugh, we'll sing, we'll socialise and those who like the idea of performing can do that too. We promise it will be a fun and uplifting experience and it will also improve your health and wellbeing!

St Mark

St Mark's is the Church of England parish church based in the north of Darlington. No matter where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here. We think that going to church should be a joyful experience where you encounter God's presence. We hope you find something useful and interesting here as we share something of who we are and what God is doing among us and around us. The church family is gathered from a wide range of people and backgrounds and this is reflected in the worship and fellowship we enjoy.

CHRISTMAS SERVICES 2024

Tuesday 3rd December pm.Community Carol singing

Corner of Leyburn Road and Fitzwilliam Drive The Salvation army band will be joining us to sing carols in the community. Wrap up warm!

Wednesday 4th December 2pm Carol service at Elderwood Care Home Westmoreland Street.

Join residents as we sing our favourite carols.

Harrowgate Hill school choir will be attending

Sunday 8th December 4pm Christingle service

A service especially for children - who get to take home their very own Christingle

Friday 13th December 6pm Follow the star carol service

A family carol service where children read the Christmas story and lead prayers. Accompanied by Harrowgate Hill school choir.

Tuesday 24th Dec at 11pm Midnight Mass.

A traditional communion service of Christmas.
