St David

Welcome to St David's Church, serving the parish of Tudhoe. This iron church was originally a chapel of ease to our mother church Holy Innocents but became the parish church in the 1970s.  We are a warm and friendly church who open and welcoming everyone. Our church wardens, Anna and Mick are always on hand to show you to a seat and guide you through the service. We serve refreshments after every service which is a great opportunity to chat and get to know us.

Safeguarding

"Our parish of Tudhoe is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Durham’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Mr Mick Burns on 01388 420048 or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor Mrs Beth Miller on 07968 034075. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
