With grant support from County Durham Community Foundation & in partnership with local schools, Medomsley Parochial Church Council have been supporting young families in need by providing food vouchers, fuel vouchers and white goods. 

This project is helping to challenge poverty and supporting young families in need.  As of May 16th the project has officially has been extended. So far the project  has supported over 120 families. 

We applied for more funding and have been successful in our bid for grant support to CDCF. Families connected with local infants and junior schools such as Bishop Ian Ramsey CofE School, Medomsley, Ebchester CofE School, Leadgate, Consett can now apply.
