Traditional Carols in a candlelight service with brass band accompaniment!!!

Christ Church, New Seaham

Welcome to Christ Church, New Seaham!

Rev'd Gavin Rushton and Curate Rev'd Anita Burke are revitalising Christ Church and also planting a new church community within the church hall.  We continue to serve the needs of the New Seaham community and in new ways hope to reinvigorate Christian mission in the parish.

We're a family friendly Church where visitors and newcomers, young and old, will always find a warm welcome and we're all about building family and community.

We hold a Communion service every Sunday at 10.00am in the Church - all are welcome.

We also host a 'Take-5' service on Sunday at 5pm - experience a warm cafe style welcome in our Church Hall, a safe place to explore faith in a way which suits you, concluding around the table with cake!  Belong - Believe - Become - Bless.

For Baptism/Christening enquiries please attend a Sunday service and speak to Rev'd Anita afterwards over refreshments.

For Wedding enquiries please contact Rev'd Anita directly on [email protected]
